WHO	KEY STEPS	CLARIFICATIONS
Parent/Guardian	Welcome Pack	Parent/Guardian who indicate their intention to enroll their child/children at the school are given a Welcome Pack They will receive an Enrolment Application Form, welcoming letter, and an information sheet about preparing your child for school.
Administrative Officer/Parent/Guardian/Student Affairs/Head of School	School Tours	School tours will be held before admission commences to give prospective parents and students the opportunity to visit the school and see our facilities. If a parent wishes to view the school at any other time, the School Heads will ensure that a suitable time is arranged.
Parent/Guardian/Administrative Officer	Application for Enrollment	Enrollments are open until the third week of August each year. Assessments are held Between April and August of each year with letters of offer posted to prospective families afterwards. An application for enrolment is made by completing the application form and returning it with all requested documentation and previous school report and payment of the application fee. Administrative Officer will check to ensure that the form is properly completed, and all supporting documentation is included. Incomplete forms or applications missing supporting documentation will not be accepted. Completed applications will be registered and a student number will be created.
Administrative Officer/Head of School/Student Affairs	Assessment	Once the initial Enrolment Application Form is received, and application period is over, the Administrative/School Heads will arrange an Assessment time that will be communicated to all applicants.
Head of School/Head of Student Affairs/Administrative Officer	Enrollment Decision	The student must meet the Entrance Assessment criteria which includes behavioural and academic. If child does not meet the minimum criteria, they can be placed on a contract or downgraded. Student must meet behavioural expectations Fees are required to be up-to-date for previous/current siblings (if applicable).
Administrative Officer/Head of School/ Student Affairs/ School Nurse	Enrollment Accepted	The School Heads must advise the School Nurse of any student who has a medical condition that requires an Action Management Plan prior to informing parents/guardians of acceptance. A Letter of Offer is sent to the parent/guardian to complete and return, including the Acceptance Fee and other relevant fees. Class allocations to follow and done appropriately by the School Heads.
Administrative Officer/Head of School	Not Enrolled	A student may not be enrolled at this stage if: The parent/guardian chose not to proceed with enrolment; The School is unable to offer a place due to class size /academic/special needs The child does not meet the appropriate behaviour requirements; If enrolment does not proceed, a letter is sent by the Administrative Officer to the Parent/Guardian advising them that they have not been accepted into the School
